An existing customer already familiar with the benefits of using VMECA products, called Simmatic to advise a suitable solution for picking up irregular slats of wood . The Existing Venturi system was consuming to much compressed air and was unreliable dropping slats resulting in lost production. Due to the irregular patterns of Wooden Slats presented to the Vacuum Cups, it needed a system that would pick up any configuration presented even if the vacuum cups were not covered or sealed. The VMECA Speeder Modules stepped upto the mark, being quick and easy to mount using the standard slots in the Alluminium Profile. The VMECA Speeder modules use the Patented Cartridge System from VMECA, similar to VGS3010 VGS2010 COAX Vacuum Products.
