Both options are pneumatically operated. The mechanism inside the bottle gripper is an inflatable diaphragm that uses compressed air, not vacuum, to give a soft grip on top of the bottle. Different diameters are available to suit different bottle sizes.
In addition, our Bottle Grippers can be collated together to give an End of Arm Tool (EOAT) for numerous bottles, depending on how you want it configured.

Once the compressed air is supplied to the pick-up head the grip tube is inflated and clamps the product. When the compressed air supply is stopped, the check valve closes the air-inlet. The rapid outlet is opened and supplied air vented out, which releases the bottle.
